The crazy wedding planner is at it again. This time planning an unusual marriage. Yesterday’s Homemade Chicken Tikka Masala gets cozy with today’s Easy Chicken Quesadilla. You all know that I hate to waste food. So after pulling out my leftovers and satisfying my Cinco de Mayo Mexican craving, I came up with an odd match of flavors that actually work together.

Purple and Green Wedding

Another beautiful wedding today. Sorry, the pictures don’t do it justice.



We used her sister’s train to dress the sweetheart table. It was so beautiful!

This was a cute seed planting ceremony:

Breakfast, yet another smoothie. Happy to report I am back to eating (or drinking) breakfast.

Lunch was more leftover pasta. No picture necessary I ‘m sure.

After work, I took a power nap, showered and went to the grocery store. I restocked on much needed fresh produce and made a buffalo chicken salad;
