I’m back and here is my message:

I have fallen off the health wagon and it hurts! After months of putting my health and wellness on the back burner, I found myself carrying an extra 10 pounds and ended up in the ER the other night with abdominal pain and a ruptured ovarian cyst. It was a wake up call!!!
I know all the things to do to stay healthy but sometimes life and stress knock me off track. I need to make healthy, nurturing choices Every. Single. Day!
Nothing gets me back on track better than healthy foods and a walk outside:



How do you all get yourself back on track after falling of the health wagon?
