3 Day Catch Up

I’m back. I didn’t go completely off track the past 3 days though. I still managed to get in 2, 3 mile walk/runs, and ate healthy over half the time.

Tuesdays eats:


Wednesday I only had two meals:


And today (Thursday), I got to spend some much needed time with friends. I am feeling more positive than I have the past few days. The people you surround yourself with makes so much difference in life. Thank you friends!!!

Breakfast was a quick banana with peanut butter before our play date:


Lunch was a picnic at the playground:


And dinner was grilled salmon, corn on the cob and leftovers:


I am off to spend some quality time with my girlie before an early bedtime. Tomorrow is VPK graduation. My baby is growing up too fast! She is my world!
