It has been almost a week since I have recommitted to a healthy lifestyle. Yesterday’s breakfast:
I spent the day at home with my daughter playing and cleaning. I managed to get a Jillian Michaels workout in. I am already starting to feel a bit stronger and less bloated. The best feeling in the world is sore muscles and getting healthier and in shape.
Lunch was a low sodium turkey sandwich, carrots with hummus, apples and a spinach salad:
We went to my family’s house to swim and grilled some pork chops with peas and potato salad:
It was a good day.
