I felt fairly productive today. I got some important legal work and documentation done. But it consumed my morning and I didn’t remember to eat breakfast until 11:00. So I just heated up some leftover veggie quinoa chili:
Then I cleaned the entire house, did laundry and did Day 2 of Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred. I was sore when I woke up this morning and today’s workout was more intense! Yay! I love the feeling of sore muscles. Perhaps pain is an indicator of change and transformation?
Then I had a Zoom meeting and a giant salad for a late lunch at 3:00:
Then my mom came to visit for a bit.
For dinner, I heated up veggie quinoa chili AGAIN! But jazzed it up with a little cheese, sour cream, guacamole, hot sauce and a few chips for scooping:
For dessert, a single glorious square of dark chocolate:
