Bang Bang Wednesday

Good day y’all.  Guess what today is?  $5 Bang Bang Shrimp at  Bonefish Grill.  It’s every Wednesday, and if you have never been there and had it, you must go.  Now.  I ate extra healthfully today to somehow make eating fried shrimp smothered in a creamy sauce okay.  For breakfast, I had a smoothie with strawberries, banana, blueberries, cherries, mango, yogurt, spinach, chia seeds and apple juice:

It never looks as good as it tastes.  Then I was feeling really ambitious and opted for a run outside in the 95 degree Florida heat.  2  extremely hot miles!  Then for a humongo salad for lunch:

This baby had romaine, spinach, carrots, tomatoes, lima beans, brown rice, bread and butter pickles, and ham.  Wow, it was agood one.  Pickles in a salad are where it’s at.

I also split the corn crab chowder and American Kobe Burge:

Those homemade chips were amazing.  Still warm, and mostly crispy, but some still had a nice potato chew.  Now I have the urge to make my own potato chips. Stay tuned for those in the near future.
